Role Summary
We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own and grow Raiz’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and Facebook.
This role is responsible for content strategy, content creation, publishing, engagement, and digital growth. You will work closely with internal graphic designers and the Growth/Partnerships team.
This is not just a posting role.
This is a creative + execution role focused on consistency, engagement, and inbound momentum.
Core Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
- Define and execute content pillars such as:
- Education (FX, cross-border payments, imports)
- Product explainers (how Raiz works)
- Trust & credibility (processes, events, testimonials)
- Brand personality (human, relatable, modern)
- Align content with business priorities (OTC, importers, Copart, partnerships)
Content Creation & Publishing
- Create and record short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Direct creative execution with in-house designers
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone
You are not required to design, but must guide creative direction.
Community Growth & Engagement (20%)
- Grow Raiz’s audience organically
- Actively engage with comments, DMs, and mentions
- Identify trends and adapt content quickly
- Build trust through consistent interaction
Campaigns & Paid Promotion (10–15%)
- Support growth campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Run small, targeted ads when required
- Track basic ad performance (CTR, CPC, reach)
Reporting & Collaboration (5–10%)
- Submit weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with Growth Lead on campaigns and activations
- Provide insights on what content resonates with users

- Growth team reports warmer leads and easier conversations
Required Profile
- 2–5+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of short-form video content
- Comfortable on camera or directing creators
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
- Experience with fintech, startups, or B2B is a plus
- Results-oriented mindset (not just vibes)
