    <li style="margin: 8px 0;"><strong>Bachelor’s Degree</strong> in engineering or related field with 8 or more years of experience in design, installation and/or testing of high power (&gt;1 Mw) electrical systems and electronics such as generators, switchgear, transformers, electric drive mining shovels, haul trucks, and locomotives.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Will consider candidate’s with a <strong>Master’s Degree</strong> in a related field with 6 or more years of required experience.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;"><strong>Advanced level</strong> of training and practical understanding within the electrical field.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Ability to work in a team environment.</li>
