Position Overview

Customer Care Manager – Residential Construction. Location: Mix of Office & Site - South Dublin office. A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to take full ownership of the aftercare process across live and completed housing developments. This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on customer satisfaction post‑purchase, ensuring all build‑related issues are managed professionally and resolved efficiently. This role suits someone who understands residential construction, can manage people, and is comfortable being the point person when issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the customer care / aftercare process post-handover
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners regarding defects or build‑related issues
  • Manage and support a customer care team of 2
  • Liaise closely with site teams, project managers, and subcontractors
  • Inspect properties where required and oversee remedial works
  • Track, prioritise, and close out issues within agreed time frames
  • Maintain high standards of customer communication and service
  • Balance office‑based coordination with regular site visits

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of housing builds, defects, and snagging processes
  • Experience in customer care, aftercare, site management, or a similar role
  • Confident dealing with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
