Job Description

About Us

We are /prompt - the agency that helps brands outthink rather than outspend the competition. Reborn from the Lippe Taylor Group, we're a frictionless agency built for today's attention economy.

We help brands evolve from storytelling to storymaking - creating ideas that drive conversation, shape culture, and earn a lasting place in people's lives. Learn more at meetprompt.com.

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing at /prompt, you will lead the day-to-day development, execution, and optimization of healthcare and pharma influencer campaigns - setting strategy, guiding execution, and raising the bar for how brands partner with creators. You understand how to identify the right talent, craft authentic collaborations, and build programs that deliver both creative impact and measurable performance.

You'll own campaign strategy, influencer selection, vetting, contracting, and reporting, while providing guidance to strategists and coordinators to ensure consistency, quality, and performance. While prior healthcare experience is a plus, you are eager to apply your expertise to pharma and health brands while navigating compliance requirements and approval processes with rigor and adaptability. You'll stay plugged into culture and creator trends, helping teams and clients navigate an ever-changing and regulated influencer landscape.

This role sits within Audience Experience - an integrated discipline that fuses content, conversations, and conversions to meet audiences where they are. We ensure ideas don't just exist, but show up in the right channels, at the right moments, with the right influencers and content to earn attention, spark talk value, and fuel algorithmic takeoff.

Skillset

  • Proven success planning and executing influencer campaigns across social platforms within regulated industries, such as pharma, biotech or OTC brands (Interest and willingness to work within pharma and healthcare is a must)
  • Aware (or eager to learn) of FDA, FTC and platform-specific guidelines including fair balance, ISI, disclosures and AE reporting; experience navigating MLR reviews is a plus
  • Deep understanding of healthcare creator ecosystems (HCPs, patient advocates and condition-specific influencers) and how to match talent with brand strategy, audience fit, and campaign goals
  • Owns outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing and content development from MLR approvals to launch
  • Familiar with trending content formats across all major platforms - from short-form video to platform-native storytelling styles - and applies within regulatory constraints
  • Experienced in fostering strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and platform partners
  • Proficient in campaign reporting and measurement - able to turn data into insights and actionable optimizations
  • Adept at identifying emerging creator trends, categories, and opportunities for brand collaboration
  • Experienced in working with Creative and Strategy teams to integrate influencer programs within larger campaign narratives
  • Organized and detail-oriented - capable of managing complex timelines, layered approvals, budgets, and campaign workflows
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present recommendations, updates, and performance recaps to internal and client stakeholders
  • Passionate about creator culture, platform innovation, and the evolving intersection of influence, content, and commerce
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to strategists and coordinators, helping elevate thinking, execution, and creator relationships
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to clients on influencer strategy, talent selection, and program optimization

Mindset

  • Growth Mindset: We're looking for people who want to learn and grow as fast as the agency is growing
  • Audience-Driven: Always asks, "Who is this for?" - ensuring influencer programs resonate authentically with the intended audience
  • Culturally Fluent: Deeply connected to creator communities, influencer trends, and platform behaviors shaping culture online
  • Collaborative: Works seamlessly with Creative, Strategy, and Audience Experience partners to bring integrated ideas to life
  • Hands-On: We have a "working strategists only" culture - leaders stay close to the work, the creators, and the results
  • Results-Focused: Champions measurable impact - ensuring influencer campaigns drive participation, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Leadership-Oriented: Raises the bar for influencer strategy and execution across teams, not just individual campaigns
