D&M Leasing is growing and currently seeking a Car Salesperson to join our team. Prior dealership sales experience is required. Our sales/leasing professionals act as advisors to our clients, guiding them through a streamlined process from the initial phone call to the delivery of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients throughout the sales process from the initial call to vehicle delivery.
  • Utilize a needs-based sales process by contacting qualified leads from ongoing advertising.
  • Manage client relationships including credit, financing, vehicle selection, delivery, and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of industry experience
  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Professional phone demeanor with comfort in frequent phone interactions
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
