Position Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious candidate with a true interest in becoming a digital marketing expert and a drive for career growth. At Optimal – a performance marketing agency dedicated to achieving superior digital marketing results – you will work with our expert team to create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, or Amazon. As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities while growing within an environment that values innovation, strategic problem solving, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation – Create and build campaigns from the ground up, including account set-up, campaign planning, ad copywriting, competitive analysis, keyword research, and audience demographics evaluation.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Master performance analysis and client reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization – Manage and continuously optimize campaigns by testing and adjusting bids, keywords, ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Campaign Optimization – Oversee client advertising budgets with media spends of up to seven figures, conducting performance analyses to ensure deliverables are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Advertising Budget – Monitor daily budget pacing and adjust media spend to ensure adherence to monthly client budgets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, economics, finance, analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience through internships or work experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads, gained through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills along with strong client relationship abilities.
