What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll spend your day interacting with customers & businesses and helping them understand available AT&T products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Introducing customers to wireless and technology solutions
• Answering questions and providing helpful recommendations
• Creating positive customer experiences during each interaction
• Working alongside teammates to meet team goals
• Learning product knowledge and sales strategies through training
