Position Overview

Virta Health is on a mission to transform type 2 diabetes and weight-loss care through technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care. We are seeking an action-oriented senior marketer to accelerate our enterprise demand generation efforts. In this role you will lead innovative, data-driven multi-channel campaigns to create measurable impact and drive qualified leads while working closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across channels (email, webinars, ABM, digital advertising, events, and content syndication) to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Co-own the webinar program by partnering with content marketing to develop concepts, coordinate speakers, promote events, execute sessions, and manage post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee direct reports focused on ABM initiatives, optimized email nurture journeys, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand narrative and addresses customer pain points.
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and continuously test and iterate to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Work with the commercial optimization team to ensure accurate attribution, lead tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and MarTech innovations to identify new channels or tactics that enhance demand generation efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in a B2B healthcare environment.
  • Proven success designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), ABM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo), and AI tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Science/Arts) is preferred.
