Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

CFG Merchant Solutions (CFGMS) is a privately owned specialty finance and alternative funding provider dedicated to offering capital access to small and mid-sized U.S. businesses that have historically been underserved. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in a driven, highly motivated team creating best-in-class marketing campaigns. This is an onsite role located in Glen Rock, NJ (5 days per week) withbenefits.Compensation:$60,000—$80,000 USD.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and the execution of campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation, management, and regular updating of presentations and materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for various media and press contacts.
• Support the team by organizing meetings, sharing information, taking meeting notes, and handling additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, WordPress CMS, Canva/Photoshop, CapCut and/or Adobe Premier.
• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO maintenance.
• Strong organization, project management, and timeline management skills.
• Strong writing skills for SEO & PPC landing page content.
• Experience drafting and submitting press releases.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, internal and external.
