SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER - FULL TIME

Position Overview

Allis Studio is seeking a Senior Designer in Portland, OR for a Full time position. At Allis, our Designers are passionate professionals obsessed with making things look spectacular—they craft elegant solutions with a keen eye for type, layout, original artwork, and branding. They absorb new techniques from every corner of the web and everyday life while collaborating within a dynamic team.

In this role, you will work with innovative brands—ideally in premier fashion, food & beverage, real estate, or hospitality—to produce original artwork and evolve existing brand identities across both print and digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with Designers, Directors, and the Creative Director to deliver perfect, on-time design executions for brand identity, print, and front end web design.
• Create best-in-class original artwork autonomously and collaboratively with the creative team.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across all agency levels and disciplines, including the Accounts teams.
• Maintain and deliver assigned projects on-time and on-budget under various deadlines.
• Utilize lean design processes and iterative prototyping with intimate fluency in common design software, including the Creative Suite.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects while upholding a positive attitude.

Required Qualifications

• Formal academic background in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, or equivalent work experience.
• Relentless in the pursuit of creative excellence.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong graphic design thinking and core skills across various categories and formats, particularly in print design.
• Experience working with existing brands and creating original artwork for both digital and print media.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing brands across diverse categories, ideally in premier fashion, food & beverage, real estate, or hospitality.
