Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face promotions and direct marketing initiatives
• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Educate consumers on products and services through in-person interactions
• Collect customer feedback and help monitor campaign performance
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to brand and company standards

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college education preferred)
• Must be available to work on-site in Lancaster, PA
• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or related fields
