Position Overview

Globe Life AO is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Remote Sales Associate (Entry-Level | Work From Home). This 100% work-from-home opportunity offers full training, a clear path for career growth, and a supportive remote team environment. Location: Remote – U.S. Residents Only
Compensation: Weekly commission-based pay + uncapped bonuses (Earning Potential: $80,000–$150,000+ annually)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

In this role, no prior sales or insurance experience is required. Candidates will receive structured onboarding, proven scripts, and ongoing mentorship to help succeed in a remote sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales meetings with pre-qualified clients via Zoom, phone, and email
• Present coverage and protection options clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and updates
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Follow established sales processes and performance standards
• Collaborate with a supportive, fully remote sales team
• No cold calling or door-to-door sales required

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, CRM systems — training provided)
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (assistance provided)
