Position Overview

ElevenLabs is a pioneering research and product company at the frontier of Audio AI. Known for its human-like AI speech models and rapid scaling, our technology empowers millions to read articles, voice over videos, and reclaim voices lost from disability. We are now hiring a seasoned technology marketer to accelerate our Enterprise sales in North America. In this high-impact, high-autonomy role, you will shape our local growth strategy, drive lead generation and pipeline nurturing, and contribute significantly to our dynamic culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize events and webinars
• Produce thought leadership content
• Optimize nurture sequences
• Craft sales collateral
• Identify top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise marketing and growth
• Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, white papers, e-books, paid media)
• End-to-end ownership of Enterprise events, user conferences, and industry tradeshows
• Strong product marketing instincts with the ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging
• Ability to identify emerging trends, buying-cycle shifts, and tech priorities to inform strategy
• Experience in monitoring campaign performance, producing executive-level reporting, and recommending optimizations
• Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more key channels (e.g., cold email, SEO, affiliate management, performance marketing)
• Strong product sense
• Design skills
