Job Summary
Cause Inspired is a Digital Marketing Agency working exclusively with nonprofit organizations. We have a team of 25 marketing professionals who manage Google Ad Grants and other advertising initiatives for over 500 nonprofit partners.
As a Partner Account Consultant, your position will be to actively manage Google Ad Grants accounts and other marketing services as a Lead Digital Strategist for our TechSoup clients.
Our relationship with TechSoup is an integral part of our organization, and TechSoup clients have specific processes that we must adhere to and these differ from our clients, including but not limited to billing, account management processes, communication/feedback with TechSoup, and onboarding accounts as outlined.
You will report to a Team Lead for account management. As with any close working relationship, adaptive and empathetic communication skills are a must. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and direct communication. You can give and take direction with equal comfort. You will be an expert collaborator, problem solver, and delegator, who loves facilitating growth for your coworkers.
This Florida-based position maintains a hybrid- schedule, with two days in the office at our headquarters, and three days of remote work. Candidates must have excellent time management and a home environment that supports working remotely in order to be approved.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Account Management:
- Assist and manage the onboarding process for TechSoup clients.
- Manage integrated marketing strategy for TechSoup clients, utilizing multiple platforms (Google Ads, Search, Social, SEO, email, etc.).
- Consult with clients on website optimization, content strategy, and other relevant initiatives to increase marketing performance.
- Identify team training needs through collaboration with team leads and team members.
- Proactively communicate with clients while understanding that your communications (calls, meetings, emails, etc.) represent, not only Cause Inspired but, also the deep relationship that TechSoup has cultivated with the clients.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and implement advanced tracking and reporting practices for client accounts as well as for special projects.
- Utilize metrics tracking to understand team performance and improve processes. Report trends to the Leadership team, and advise on any related company-wide strategic changes.

As a TechSoup Dedicated Partner Account Consultant
- Follow processes and procedures specific to our TechSoup Clients, such as but not limited to billing, account management processes, and onboarding processes.
- Compliance with Google Ad Grants Policies:
- Ensure adherence to Google Ad Grants policies to maintain eligibility and maximize the benefits of the grant.
- Assess and report on relevant metrics including but not limited to:
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): Monitor the percentage of clicks received per impression to gauge the effectiveness of ad copy and targeting.
- Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action (e.g., donation, sign-up) after clicking on the ad.
- Quality Score: Assess the quality and relevance of keywords, ad copy, and landing pages, as determined by Google's Quality Score system.
- Ad Grant Utilization Rate: Measure the percentage of the available Google Ad Grant budget that is utilized effectively.
- Budget Management: Ensure that the budget is allocated efficiently across campaigns and that spending aligns with strategic goals.
- Ad Copy Performance: Evaluate the click-through and conversion rates of different ad variations to refine and improve ad copy.
- Ad Extensions: Monitor the use and effectiveness of ad extensions to enhance the visibility and engagement of ads.
- Audience Targeting Effectiveness: Assess the relevance and engagement of targeted audiences to optimize audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Keyword Performance: Analyze the performance of keywords to identify high-performing and underperforming terms.
- ROI (Return on Investment): Measure the overall effectiveness of the grant and/ or additional service’s utilization in relationship to the client’s out-of-pocket expense for our product.
- Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback from nonprofit clients to assess satisfaction with the digital marketing strategies and results.
- Account Retention: Maintain account retention and adhere to set performance goals while growing your account relationships through fostering a superior client experience, account performance tied to the client’s goals, and account work.
- Case Studies and Reporting: Provide quarterly case studies of well-performing clients for our partners at TechSoup. In addition, additional ad hoc reporting will be required.
Compensation & Classifications
Financial Compensation
This position offers a total compensation range beginning at $44,000-$55,000 a year. Cause Inspired also offers additional commission opportunities and a $500 Christmas/Holiday bonus that is paid annually, along with our robust benefits package given to all full-time employees.
Classifications
Status: This position is classified as a full-time, exempt, salaried role.
Travel Percentage: This position requires 5% or less of travel annually, with advanced notice given for all required trips.
Work Schedule: This position is classified as a full-time position, with 9 hours of expected work each day. The posted schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with one half hour of unpaid time each day to be taken for lunch (30 minutes), and (2) paid fifteen-minute breaks to be taken as workflow permits.
- Any deviation from this schedule (scheduled time off, holiday time, unscheduled time off) must be documented prior to commencement, via the company’s Time Off Calendar, email communication, or phone conversations.
Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
