Position Overview
Our MedTech Registered Nurse Liaison experiences a unique opportunity to leverage clinical expertise in a dynamic role that goes beyond bedside care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patients’ well‐being through innovative medical device technology. You will assist the service team with device collection and facilitate room-to-room device upgrades to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps, utilizing clinical nursing expertise to address device-related questions and concerns.
- Collect devices in a hospital setting while collaborating with department nursing staff and field service technicians.
- Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback during and after in-service assignments as directed.
- Leverage previous hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure the device collection process does not interfere with daily operations.
- Participate in the role’s paid training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) required.
- Hospital or industry experience required.
- RN license required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with department staff and technicians.
- Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, including bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for 3 weeks per month with 1 week off.
Preferred Qualifications
- Emergency Room or ICU experience preferred.
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) is a plus.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Base pay range of $35.00 - $37.00 per hour, with potential for additional incentive plans, bonuses, or other compensation based on qualifications and role requirements.
- Travel: Full-time assignment-based schedule with national travel requirements. Driving is a business requirement—candidates must possess a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle. You must be located within 1 hour of a major airport, and travel time is compensated.
- Please note, this position is not eligible for our Medical Benefits.
- Candidates must complete healthcare facility credentialing and immunization requirements upon selection.
- Due to the nature of this role, it is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
