OVERVIEW
We are seeking a part-time Writing & SEO Intern to help produce blog posts and articles across our hobby-focused media sites. This role is ideal for students with a strong writing background who are interested in digital marketing, content strategy, and SEO.
The intern will gain real-world experience writing for live websites with established audiences, learning how written content directly impacts traffic, search rankings, and e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Write original blog posts and articles in the hobby space
- LEGO news, reviews, and commentary
- Action figure–related content and industry coverage
- Optimize content for search engines using basic SEO best practices
- Conduct light keyword research and apply on-page SEO techniques
- Edit and revise content based on feedback
- Publish content across
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in writing (English, Communications, or related major preferred)
- Excellent grammar, clarity, and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn
- Interest in digital marketing or content strategy
- Familiarity with LEGO, action figures, or hobby culture (not required, but a plus)
