Position Overview

At PwC, our people in strategy consulting focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organisations. In this role as a Corporate and Business Strategy Consultant, you will analyse client needs, offer consulting services across key strategic areas, and help develop and implement effective strategies that drive growth and operational excellence. You will also lead teams, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and uphold the firm’s professional standards.

As part of the Strategy Consulting team, you are accountable for project success, thoughtful planning, and inspiring others to deliver quality while embracing technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience Required: 5 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years of strategy or industry consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration preferred
  • In-depth knowledge in the Financial Services industry
  • Proficiency in corporate and business unit strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience managing teams and multiple work streams
  • Strong analytical and foundational thinking skills
  • Experience in designing and conducting market research
  • Excellent communication skills with senior audiences
  • Demonstrated executive presence and trusted advisor status

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: $99,000 - $232,000
