This role overlaps with duties typically handled by a Medical Biller or Insurance Billing Specialist, playing a key part in managing patient medical costs and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize patient medical costs for accurate invoicing.
  • Send invoices to collect payments from patients and their insurers.
  • Call patients to discuss payment details and develop reasonable payment plans.
  • Enter patient data into administrative systems accurately.
