Full-Time Call Center Representative

We are seeking a "Super Friendly Customer Service Representative" to schedule residential plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical service calls in our call center. Key Responsibilities

Book service appointments and perform tasks to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, including:

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling, and personable.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.
• Establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls and engage in outbound calling.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Work from 11am to 7pm.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service.
• IT competent; strong typing skills and proficiency with phone systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
