Position Overview

Farm Fresh To You is seeking a high‐energy, growth‐oriented Outside Sales Representative – Nutrition & Wellness Advocate to join our direct sales team as a Farm Ambassador. In this role, you will engage with communities across the greater Phoenix, AZ area through door-to-door sales and local events, educate others about sustainable agriculture and healthy living, and build meaningful customer relationships. This position plays an integral role in connecting people to local, organic food while offering significant career growth and compensation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Full-time availability with reliable transportation and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working outdoors, including walking and standing for extended periods.
• Coachability and a strong desire to grow professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, education, or wellness.
• A 4-year degree or relevant professional certification.
• Familiarity with food systems, sustainability, or nutrition.
