Salary: $80,900 to $103,200 annually, DOE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate North Coast Electric contract review process (customer and vendor contracts) to ensure the defined governance is implemented.
  • Collaborate with the SUSA legal department as well as North Coast Electric sales and purchasing teams.
  • Collect all necessary documents for review, initiate the review and approval workflow, communicate red flags and progress with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Track all outside legal expenses by main topic or project to ensure transparent, accurate, and timely accounting in coordination with the SUSA legal department.
  • Act as the Concur champion for both Expense and Request modules by reviewing transactions selected for audit and QCR.
  • Produce regular reporting for managers and perform ad-hoc analyses, including comparisons with budgeted Travel & Entertainment expenses.
  • Train and guide users on Concur modules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business or an equivalent combination of degree and experience including at least 5 years of accounting.
  • Experience Required: 5+ years of accounting.
  • Experience in coordinating transversal processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Career-minded with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Paralegal certification is a plus, or a willingness to acquire certification.
