Position Overview

In this role, you will partner directly with clients to drive innovation in customer relationships, digital marketing, ecommerce, and omni‑channel solutions. You will strategize, design, develop, and implement operating models and organizational structures that transform marketing organizations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new operating models and organizational structures encompassing people, process, technology, and governance for marketing organizations.
  • Lead teams in creating and implementing updated marketing processes, change management, training, and communication plans.
  • Gather and analyze client information to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations.
  • Identify areas of ineffectiveness within client marketing organizations and develop detailed plans for improvement.
  • Leverage expertise in marketing strategy and campaign operations to enable client teams to operate in innovative ways.
  • Engage with senior-level clients to develop collaborative solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Lead and support new business development initiatives including pitches and RFP responses.
  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for digital transformation engagements.
  • Collaborate with industry leadership to foster trust and value-led relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a thought-leader in Agile Marketing and digital transformation challenges.
  • Lead activation engagements and help clients adopt new operational rhythms and digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing/marketing operations or client-facing roles with a leadership focus, including integrated CRM, direct‑response, or data‑driven marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience consulting or advising clients in a marketing environment on process and organizational design solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
  • Proven track record in building client relationships, process and organizational design, technology requirements definition, and leading teams of 10 or more.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
  • Strong management consulting skills with a keen strategic mindset and the ability to architect innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing operations across digital channels (web, mobile, social, email, and traditional direct marketing).
  • Experience leading workshops, facilitating working sessions, and constructing long-term marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in architecting, implementing, and managing organizational change and driving revenue growth at large-enterprise organizations.
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategic concepts, digital marketing best practices, and data-driven marketing technologies.
