We are seeking a candidate with Experience Required: 1-5 years experience to join a multi-disciplinary team in our Orlando office. This role will primarily focus on plumbing design as well as other mechanical design tasks. We offer full-service in-house architecture/engineering design capabilities and typically work on a diverse array of projects including theme parks, airports, college campuses, laboratories, and others.

Key Responsibilities
- Works in the responsible charge of a licensed professional engineer.
- Performs plumbing engineering calculations, edits specifications, and prepares design drawings.
- Assists in developing project construction documents, including conducting site visits, producing specifications, developing drawings, sizing equipment, and producing cost estimates.
- Coordinates with other design disciplines in the delivery of mechanical designs.
- Performs services during construction including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and performing field observations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of related mechanical/plumbing design experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering OR Certified Plumbing Designer.
- Understanding of design and construction documents.
- Proficiency in REVIT.
- Knowledge of building codes.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000/year*
- Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
