Junior Machine Learning Engineer / Jr Java DevOps Developer ( remote )

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through our placement process and interview preparation.
• Facilitate skill enhancement programs for candidates lacking technical competencies or with career gaps.
• Match candidate qualifications with client requirements for high-profile technology positions.
• Support recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Science in launching their IT careers.

Required Qualifications

For Java/Software Programmers:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience in Java programming and a clear understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Data Science/Machine Learning:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience in Java programming with insights into the software development life cycle.
• Sound knowledge of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP and Text Mining
• Familiarity with Tableau
• Expertise in Time Series Analysis
