- Data & Analysis: Partner with Seer strategists to analyze how AI outputs (AI Overviews, LLM citations) affect visibility and traffic, running competitor and landscape analyses with our playbooks.
- Operationalize: Transform working prototypes into mini-tools and playbooks, including prompt libraries, evaluation checklists, and SOPs while contributing to internal enablement (brown bags, quickstart docs, Loom demos).
- Learn & Contribute: Participate in AI Council sessions, share insights, and help maintain our internal hub with up-to-date practices and successes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with prompt and context engineering in custom GPTs, Claude projects, or Gemini Gems.
- Proficiency in one or more: Python, SQL/BigQuery, Apps Script, or no-code/low-code automations (n8n/Make/Zapier).
- Basic understanding of SEO or Paid Media concepts such as SERP features, keywords/intents, and ad variants.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write concise documents and demonstrate prototype work.
- Data-first mindset with a focus on real business outcomes and clear measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nice-to-have experience with APIs (OpenAI, Google, Meta), embeddings/vector search, or lightweight front-end frameworks (Streamlit/Flask).
Eligibility
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., AI, CS, Data, Stats, Marketing, Information Systems) or equivalent self-taught/bootcamp experience.
- Part-time engagement for approximately 12-20 hours per week.
- Available to work from our Philadelphia HQ 2 days per week (preferably Tues & Thurs) or fully remote, with adherence to continental US-based hours.
Benefits & Perks
- Remote-first work environment with the flexibility to work from our HQ in Philadelphia.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications that directly impact business outcomes.
- Be part of a Certified B-Corp committed to inclusivity and social responsibility.
