Head of Supply Chain Management

Position Overview

A fast-growing, international consumer products company is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations across North America. This senior leadership role drives operational excellence, cost optimisation, and service delivery across a diverse, high-growth portfolio. Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base salary plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional supply chain operations, including demand/supply planning, logistics, distribution, and inventory management
• Drive the S&OP process to align commercial and supply chain plans
• Optimise performance across warehousing, freight, and third-party distribution partners
• Manage suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure service, quality, and compliance
• Support new product launches, market expansion, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams on digital supply chain projects and system enhancements
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing supply chain team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, with regional or multi-market leadership in CPG, FMCG, or healthcare
• Proven success in scaling supply chain operations and driving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, supplier management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in lean, matrixed environments; exposure to regulated products or innovation pipelines is a plus
