You’ll join our Global Marketing team as part of the Marketing Events Team—a group that plays a strategic role in delivering high-impact client engagement experiences. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of global events—both in-person and virtual—that engage clients and enhance Bain’s market presence while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivery of Bain-hosted events (virtual and in-person).
- Support key aspects of event planning including logistics, budgeting, and venue sourcing.
- Help prepare event materials, timelines, and branding assets.
- Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and gather details on relevant industry conferences while supporting logistics for Bain’s participation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare content and engagement plans, including tracking budgets and expenses.
- Share new ideas, tools, or trends to improve event delivery and apply Bain’s standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing to ensure cohesive team contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field).
- Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience in event support, marketing, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel (~20-30%).

- Salary: Ranges vary by location – Chicago ($58,000–$69,750), Texas ($55,500–$66,750), Boston ($60,750–$73,000), Atlanta ($53,000–$63,500).
