  <h2 style="color: #34495e; font-size: 1.2em; margin: 20px 0 10px 0;">Key Responsibilities</h2>

    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Assist attorneys in the preparation for trial, including organizing and reviewing evidence, preparing witness lists, and drafting motions and briefs</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Manage case files and documents, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings</li>

    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">A bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">At least 2 years of California family law paralegal experience</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Strong research and writing skills</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
