Position Overview
CoinTracker makes cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and tax compliance simple, enabling consumers and businesses to seamlessly monitor their cryptocurrency portfolios, investment performance, taxes, and more. We are a globally distributed team on a mission to enable everyone in the world to use crypto with peace of mind. In this senior role, you will drive distribution partnerships with crypto companies. With over 50% market share in the US crypto tax and accounting space and more than $50 billion in tracked assets, you will own the strategy and relationship development with some of the world’s most advanced crypto companies, including partners like Coinbase, Intuit, and H&R Block.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CoinTracker’s partnerships with top crypto companies.
- Develop solutions in collaboration with product and engineering to secure successful partnerships with exchanges and DeFi partners.
- Cultivate authentic, deep relationships with key partners.
- Strategically distribute CoinTracker’s offering to premium customers through partnerships.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through strategic collaborations.
- Own and nurture relationships with external parties.
- Develop business strategies to drive CoinTracker’s growth through partnerships.
- Negotiate and secure deals with premier crypto companies.
- Manage end-to-end partnership processes including outreach, pitching, deal structuring, negotiation, launch, and ongoing growth.
- Influence product development by incorporating feedback from partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to drive business impact.
- Strong mission alignment and passion for enabling crypto adoption.
- Excellent trustworthiness and clear communication skills.
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, corporate development, or business development.
- Proven experience working with crypto teams at partner companies.
- Track record of closing high-impact, long-term deals with large companies.
- Experience driving partnerships in start-up or growth environments.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Established strong executive relationships.

- Compensation: First year on target earnings between $231,000 - $344,000. Actual compensation will be based on relevant skills, education, and experience.
