Position: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Strategy and Transformation group at Summit Wash Holdings, you will support value creation initiatives including market research, financial modeling, and collaboration with senior management. Summit Wash Holdings is a premier group of car wash brands dedicated to speedy service, quality, and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to validate opportunities in new markets.
• Collaborate with senior management and the executive team to develop and maintain performance dashboards.
• Assist with financial modeling and due diligence to support acquisition efforts.
• Prepare presentation materials for leadership meetings and the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or other quantitative/analytical discipline (Engineering, Math, Economics) with 1+ years of work experience.
• Ability to drive an independent workstream in a broader team project.
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Ability to extract and analyze data to identify trends and patterns to support or reject a hypothesis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in statistical analysis or programming using Python, R, or SQL.
