Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for the Metal Bond and Composites division.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and other quality tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and track quality metrics to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to metal bond and composites to ensure compliance.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality procedures and processes.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide updates on quality initiatives and improvements.
  • Communicate quality issues and updates to upper management.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all quality standards are being met.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Metal Bond and Composites division.
  • Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with customers regarding quality-related matters.
