Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist (English/Spanish) in Electronic Repair Industry

Position Overview

We are a Houston-based electronics repair and sales company with operations across both online and offline channels. We are currently seeking a team member who possesses extensive customer service experience and a strong proficiency in social media. Candidates with industry experience and a professional network are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier support via phone and online platforms. Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional and welcoming attitude (Bilingual English/Spanish required).
• Sales & Consulting: Guide customers through their tech purchases and close sales by identifying their specific needs.
• Social Media Presence: Collaborate on the production of company short videos and live streams.

Required Qualifications

• Industry Experience (Big Plus): We highly value candidates with backgrounds in R2 certified recycling, telecommunications (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon), or electronics insurance.
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Social Media Savvy: Comfortable in front of a camera with experience in content creation or live streaming.
• Tech Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and retail software, with the ability to quickly master new POS systems.

• Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
