We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide marketing services for the National Development team in a Temporary Part-Time Marketing Communications Specialist role at 19 hours/week for approximately two months. This position is home-based.

Location: US-TX-Dallas

Schedule: 19 hours/week, Temporary Part-Time, approximately two months, home-based

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Develop project timelines in coordination with key stakeholders, track deadlines, and execute deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Content Creation & Management: Evaluate gaps in existing materials, lead content creation for key training resources, oversee updates on platforms (including SharePoint, Brainshark, and certification dashboards), and manage video content production and edits.
• Marketing & Communications: Execute content development and messaging for virtual and in-person trainings, certification programs, training resources, and videos.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of experience developing and managing marketing, promotions, communications, or related projects.
• Proven ability to excel in project management and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design and delivery of print, internet, and mobile marketing.
• Strong skills in preparing written, audio, and video communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications (or related fields), or relevant work experience.
