Position Overview
Our consumer finance client is seeking a Lead Digital Analyst to join their Analytics team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring, measuring, reporting, and driving improvements in digital touch points using data to inform strategic decisions. As an individual contributor with the potential to mentor junior analysts in the future, you will work with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities, develop business cases, and design A/B testing plans. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret digital customer engagement data from multiple systems to recommend and execute strategies that optimize customer experiences in account management, cross-buy, and self-service capabilities.
- Inform product development by outlining strategic direction, defining customer intent, creating solutions, and validating hypotheses through experimentation.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that deliver real-time insights into customer engagement and digital experience metrics.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of digital touchpoints, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, tech, design, business) to produce detailed reports that inform business decisions and track progress toward OKRs.
- Design and implement A/B testing plans to assess the impact of changes and refine strategies based on performance.
- Identify key opportunities for enhancing the digital experience and help develop robust business cases to support proposed improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience analyzing and measuring digital customer engagement across channels.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics), Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and SQL.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
