Job Summary

SHI International is looking for a motivated intern to join our Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern. This 12-week, in-person internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content creation, and marketing analytics within the dynamic technology sector. You will assist in executing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns, participate in the creation of marketing materials, conduct market research, and help coordinate on-site events, all while learning from experienced professionals.

You will gain invaluable experience with leading marketing tools such as Marketo, Sprout Social, Cvent, and Asana, and develop essential skills in campaign strategy, content development, and data-driven decision making. This role is perfect for those eager to establish a solid foundation in growth marketing and acquire practical, real-world skills for a future marketing career.

Role Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns.
  • Create and implement marketing content and assets—creative emails, landing page copy, case studies, presentations, social posts, and digital ads that align with SHI solutions and partner programs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on growth and digital campaign performance, measuring key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and influenced pipeline.
  • Support the growth marketing team with daily project management tasks.
  • Conduct light market, customer, and competitive research to inform campaign strategies, audience targeting, and content angles.
  • Assist our on-site event team with various initiatives.

Other Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academic standing, pursuing a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor are essential.

The pay for this position is: $17.00 per hour.
