SEO Outreach Specialist (100% Remote)

Position Overview

Omniscient Digital is a premium content marketing and SEO agency working with major B2B software and ecommerce companies. As an SEO Outreach Specialist, you will spearhead offsite SEO efforts—including active outreach and backlink building—to help clients rank high on Google and grow organic traffic. You will collaborate closely with client success, editorial, and SEO strategy teams while also leading link building for Omniscient’s in-house marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SEO & Content Strategist to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Organize and execute outreach campaigns to build authoritative backlinks.
• Identify and prioritize backlink targets in coordination with the content team.
• Measure and report on link building performance, traffic, and domain authority.
• Monitor clients’ backlink profiles and competitor activities.
• Recommend new opportunities to scale organic traffic.
• Conduct research to uncover fresh link building strategies.
• Prospect and initiate outreach to new link opportunities.
• Manage spreadsheets to track monthly link building goals.
• Work with company leadership, including the co-founder and head of marketing, to shape strategies for Omniscient’s properties.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO with practical exposure to on- and off-site link building strategies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with the ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Eagerness to learn, seek feedback, and continuously improve skills.
• Critical thinker with a penchant for creative problem solving and process improvement.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, capable of working independently and setting personal goals.
