Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations to support client projects
- Organize and manage email communications, including responding to inquiries
- Make and take phone calls on behalf of the client in a professional manner
- Conduct online research to find relevant information as needed
- Design and edit simple graphics using Canva
Required Qualifications
- Pleasing personality with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in an assistant role or similar entry-level to mid-level experience
