Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Solves complex business problems often within unfamiliar territory and without precedent. Proficient in applying industry-established standards to work closely with stakeholders to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments and requirements as necessary. Integrates usability studies and research into the product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design. Proficient in analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes. Leverages domain knowledge to translate user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to maintain a backlog of three to four sprints ahead of the team. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, services, and processes to bring the people, processes, and tools together. Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
