Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is recruiting a Remote Entry Level Data Analyst for a time-sensitive project in Louisville, KY. The role begins on December 12th and runs through early March 2024. It is a REMOTE position (candidates must live within commuting distance to Louisville) and offers a great opportunity for new graduates to build career experience. Compensation: $18-20/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client data for completeness and work with clients to resolve discrepancies before import or entry.
• Compile data from multiple sources, prepare and upload files using Excel.
• Verify that data imported into the reporting system matches the source data; initiate corrections as needed.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities efficiently while meeting strict turnaround times.
• Initiate and respond to both routine and non-routine communications with internal and external clients in a timely manner.
• Represent the company professionally, maintain customer confidence, and protect confidential information.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data analysis role is a plus.
