Position Overview

THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED ROLE! NO BASE-STRONG COMMISSION, GREAT PAY STRUCTURE. This opportunity is with a startup that boasts a top recruiting team with experience from Silicon Valley and Wall Street. We are a growth organization seeking recruiters with vision and a strong work ethic. FULLY REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE US. This is a full-time role.

We are looking for a Recruiter with strong account management and recruiting experience – from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top-notch employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with client managers regularly, proactively identify future hiring needs, and ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while growing a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications

Required Qualifications

  • Strong account management and recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using social media and databases
  • Academic background in HR or a related field combined with hands-on recruiting experience
