Job Description

Position Overview

Fresno based Managed Service Provider has an opening for an IT Support Technician. This position will provide support for our local business clients with Compensation: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour. It is a full-time role with expected hours of 40 per week and requires in-person attendance. Travel to customer locations within the greater Fresno area is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for local business clients.
  • Travel to customer locations within the Fresno area.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and see problems through to resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows OS.
  • Experience with Active Directory (creating user accounts, password resets, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (creating mailboxes and configuring Outlook).
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols (DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Help Desk support.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
