Position Overview
Fresno based Managed Service Provider has an opening for an IT Support Technician. This position will provide support for our local business clients with Compensation: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour. It is a full-time role with expected hours of 40 per week and requires in-person attendance. Travel to customer locations within the greater Fresno area is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for local business clients.
- Travel to customer locations within the Fresno area.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and see problems through to resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows OS.
- Experience with Active Directory (creating user accounts, password resets, etc.).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (creating mailboxes and configuring Outlook).
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols (DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Help Desk support.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
