Position Overview

KWSM, a full service digital marketing agency known for its story-first approach, is seeking a passionate and tenacious marketer to join the team as a Digital Account Manager. In this role you will lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a diverse client base, ensuring excellence in client retention, growth, and overall campaign performance while working collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the account team and guide the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Foster proactive, relationship-focused client communications while educating and advocating for client success.
  • Drive campaign performance across channels, including paid advertising, branding, email, social media, SEO, and landing page optimization.
  • Manage multiple client accounts across various industries by understanding client objectives and setting meaningful KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain quality control and meet established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: At least two years of agency experience in a client-facing role.
  • Education: Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven performance managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
  • Advanced understanding of performance metrics including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and email marketing KPIs.
  • Strong relationship building, customer service, and executive communication skills.
  • Highly dependable and exceptionally organized, with a passion for digital marketing.

  • Schedule: Hybrid schedule – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with a 9/80 work schedule providing every other Friday off.
