Roof Inspector - Entry Level Roofing Sales - Hiring ASAP!

Position Overview

We’re growing fast and looking for an energetic Roof Inspector who will meet with homeowners to identify storm damage, conduct basic roof inspections, and walk clients through the insurance process. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through a targeted door-to-door approach (residential & commercial).
• Complete basic roof inspections, identify storm damage, discuss policy coverage, and submit claims for review.
• Focus on customer acquisition while our construction team and in-house licensed adjusters handle project management and claims.
• Educate homeowners on wind, hail, and water damage and introduce energy, HVAC, and restoration solutions.
• Manage your pipeline with consistent follow-ups, text/email campaigns, and in-home consultations.
• Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the team.

Required Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• High integrity combined with a dependable work ethic.
• Coachable, growth-minded mentality with reliable transportation in the Phoenix area.
• Comfortable with an outdoor, field-based, commission-driven sales role.
• Willingness to travel locally (company-funded blitz trips to Tucson, Vegas, and other parts of AZ).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (Se habla español).
