Position Overview

At Citi, our Full Time Technology Analyst Program offers unparalleled opportunities to innovate, influence, and make a global impact. Our 2-year rotational program, starting in July, begins with a comprehensive training initiative that helps you build a broad skillset in agile software development while exploring diverse teams and technologies.

Salary: $80,000 (Base), with a full-time salary range of $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year. Location: Tampa Florida United States. Schedule: Full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quality and scalable software solutions in an agile environment using leading-edge technologies.
• Write code based on business requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards during development, testing, and post-deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing cycles to maintain defect-free programming.
• Gain hands-on exposure across technologies such as Microservices, iOS, Android, Web, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Cloud strategies, CI/CD, and more during rotational assignments.
• Work on globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams to drive impactful technology solutions in the financial sector.

Required Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
• Must not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset and the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Experience working on agile teams is desirable.
