 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Power BI:</strong> Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>SQL and Excel:</strong> Strong competency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>HR data structures:</strong> Exceptional understanding of HR data structures and data validation techniques</li>
