Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support clients’ technology infrastructure while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to expand knowledge and continuously improve skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships, active listening, and asking the right questions
