Position Overview

With a 1500-person team serving over 150 countries across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels, we leverage capabilities in logistics, supply chain, operations, retail strategy, brand marketing, and investment services.

This is a Hybrid role: Tuesday-Friday at 8E 41st Street, New York, New York and Monday work from home.

Brand Manager / Beauty Industry: We’re looking for a Brand Manager with proven experience in account management, client services, inventory planning, project coordination, and cross-functional leadership. You will drive the success of our distributed brands by spearheading strategic initiatives, building strong client relationships, and managing internal operations across departments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding, account setup, and Scope of Work briefings
  • Manage and nurture client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Coordinate internally across teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Creative, and Finance)
  • Oversee deliverables including inventory analysis, purchase orders (POs), logistics tracking, KPI reporting, and budget reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to address inventory challenges and recommend strategic promotions across brick-and-mortar and digital channels
  • Participate in weekly/monthly client calls, meetings, and performance reviews
  • Monitor logistics workflows and inventory timelines to ensure timely fulfillment and status updates
  • Analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets to drive forecasts, performance insights, and sales reports
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) to organize timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
  • Contribute to special projects and portfolio expansion initiatives as directed by senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in brand management, account management, or client success
  • Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite
  • Experience with Slack, inventory systems, and project management tools
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts or projects
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and DTC distribution models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in beauty, wellness, personal care, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or CPG
