Job Description

Position Overview

This is a remote summer MBA finance internship with Intuit’s Corporate FP&A team, open to candidates in the USA. In this role, you will apply your knowledge to real-world financial challenges and contribute strategic insights across all of Intuit’s business lines.

Founded in 1983, it provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct enterprise-level financial modeling, including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to generate insights that guide strategic planning.
  • Assist in preparing executive deliverables, including board-level materials, to communicate strategic and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Work on strategic financial initiatives ranging from business case development and scenario modeling to special projects that enable growth and effective decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience within the FP&A function or equivalent roles in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing complex business scenarios through financial modeling.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive strategic decisions and business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting confidently to business partners.
  • Grace under pressure, coupled with a sense of humor and humility.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus but not required.
