Marketing Coordinator

Award-winning boutique marketing company located in the beaches area of Jacksonville is seeking a marketing coordinator.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is organized with strong communication skills and the ability to perform a variety of marketing duties surrounding the day-to-day internal operations and client needs. The position is very fast paced and hands-on.

Applicants must be highly resourceful and proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms and possess good writing skills. Advertising agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone; corresponding with guests
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
• Monthly client reporting
• Online research
• Blog writing
• News release writing
• Social media management
• Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
• Occasional offsite tasks and client visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Comfortable with existing and up-and-coming social media platforms
• Independent, proactive and a quick learner
• 1-2 years of work experience (ad agency experience a plus)

Salary and Schedule

Starting pay: $43,472 - $49,400 ($22-25/hour), based on experience. Room for growth, promotions and advancements.

Schedule: M-Th, 8:30-4:30, F 8:30-2:30pm
