Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) role in Buffalo, NY.

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $69,000-$93,000 OTE

About the job:

Odoo's Direct Sales team is essential to expanding our customer base and market presence. We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Account Executives to connect businesses with Odoo's all-in-one software solutions.

In this role, you will engage directly with companies to understand their operational needs and provide tailored software solutions to enhance their workflows. This is a technical sales position that perfectly suits individuals passionate about the intersection of software and business strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with other Account Executives to drive the growth and adoption of Odoo's SaaS solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure and ongoing account management for upselling opportunities.
  • Analyzing prospects' business operations to create customized Odoo solution packages for demonstrations.
  • Promoting a diverse SaaS offering applicable to various industries across North America.
  • Actively identifying opportunities to improve the sales process.
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Participating in team reviews and sharing best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: preferred or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1+ years of internship experience.
  • Strong understanding: of business operations.
  • Familiarity: with the software provider landscape across different industries.
  • Excellent communication skills: with the ability to think critically and learn quickly.
  • Results-oriented: analytical, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to meeting objectives.
  • Creative thinker: with strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Capability: to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The estimated annual compensation for this role is $69,000-$93,000 OTE, with a base salary range of $45,000-$70,000. Please note actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
